Discovery Cove Where guests swim with dolphins and other marine animals, expanded its aviary in
April. Now twice the size with double the amount of birds, the aviary expansion includes a
new small-bird sanctuary, which will allow guests to hand-feed hundreds of tiny birds such
as finches, honeycreepers and hummingbirds; and a new large-bird sanctuary featuring
interactions with larger birds, such as tucans and red-legged seriema. Continuing to add
more hands-on experiencs, Discovery Cove now allows up to 12 guests a day to work
side-by-side and behind-the-scenes with animal experts in the "Trainer for a
Day" program. Whether it's an in-water training experience with a dolphin,
pampering a pygny falcon, feeding tropical fish or playing with an anteater, participants
have the opportunity to train and care for these unique animals.
SeaWorld Orlando
For the first time, SeaWorld guests will be able to come face-to-face with
massive false killer whales at the new "False Killer Whale Interaction
Program." This launch marks the first and only false killer whale
interaction program in North America. False killer whales are a unique dolphin species
closely related to killer whales, the icon of SeaWorld.
Animal Care Experience
This new eight-hour program allows guests to experience the thrill of working
alongside marine mammal experts. From bottle-feeding orphaned manatees to interacting with
seals and walrus, up to four guests per day, age 13 and older (and over 52" tall),
learn firsthand how SeaWorld animal care specialists work.
"Dine with Shamu"
The marine life park debuted a Dine with Shamu program in May. The dinner
includes a reservations-only seafood buffet overlooking the whales in Shamu Stadium and
features talks by SeaWorld animal trainers. "Dine with Shamu" is $28 for adults
and $16 for children 3-9 years old (children under 3 dine free) and is in addition to
park admission. "Adventure Express"
Also, for the first time in SeaWorld Orlando history, adventure park guests will be able
to take an exclusive, guided tour with back-door access to rides, feeding opportunities,
reserved seating at shows and lunch served lakeside at Bimini Bay restaurant.
Offered by the education department, the Adventure Express tour includes: reserved seats
at the The Shamu Adventure show; reseved seats at either the Key West Splash Fest or Clyde
and Seamore Take Pirate Island show; feeding the stingrays at Stingray Lagoon, sea lions
and harbor seals at Pacific Point Preserve, and dolphins at Dolphin Cove; a visit behind
the scenes to touch a penguin; and backdoor entrance to park rides, including Kraken, the
park's new "floorless" roller coaster; Journey to Atlantis water-coaster thrill
ride; and Wild Artic simulator. Tour guest will have a knowledgeable guide/animal expert
to escort them through various adventure park attractions and answer any questions.
The fee for the six-hour Adventure Express is $65 per adult and $60
for children ages three to nine, in addition to park admission. Reservations can be made at the Guided
Tour Counter inside the adventure park's entrance. The Adventure Express is limited to 16

Animal Kingdom Theme Park guests on a thrillosaurus journey to the late
Cretaceous period in Primeval Whirl, a whimsical new coaster attraction.
Located in the parks recently opened Chester & Hesters Dino-Rama area of
DinoLand U.S.A., the coaster features 13 colorful cars on two identical tracks that whirl
past flying asteroids and corny depictions of dinosaurs that spin and pop up along the
track.
"Once Upon a Toy" Downtown Disney Marketplace will offer an even more magical experience
for guests with the July opening of Once Upon a Toy, a 16,000-square-foot
(1,440-square-meter) interactive superstore. The toy store will be filled with colorful
displays and exclusive toys, including many Disney and Hasbro favorites. There will also
be an interactive outside play area for children to enjoy.
