NCL announces the return of the Norwegian Sky to Miami  

doing 3 and 4 day cruises  – year-round!  

She’s back...Does Aloha mean hello or goodbye? 

In this case it means both!  We are writing with some very exciting news.  On July 14, 2008 NCL  returned, year-round, to the three and four day Bahamas market from Miami!  Pride of Aloha is being re-flagged into the NCL international fleet to resume her former namesake, Norwegian Sky.  Complete details are attached, but here are some important facts…

Ø       Norwegian Sky will be the only ship delivering Freestyle Cruising in the short cruise market

Ø       Norwegian Sky will be outfitted with NCL’s Freestyle 2.0 enhancements and a casino as part of an extensive wet-dock in Miami

EARLY AND GROUP BOOKING FOR THE NCL PRIDE OF AMERICA 7 DAY HAWAII FROM HONOLULU

MAY 10, 2008 - APRIL 2009

NCL Corp.'s Norwegian Majesty will sail a new seven-day Bahamas and Florida itinerary from Charleston beginning this fall through April 2009. Starting Nov. 15, the 1,462-passenger Norwegian Majesty will depart on Saturdays with stops in Grand Bahama Island; Nassau; Great Stirrup Cay, NCL's private island in the Bahamas; and Port Canaveral for Orlando. Guests with existing reservations on Norwegian Majesty this fall will automatically be moved to the new itinerary or they can cancel. When the ship starts the new itinerary, a number of Freestyle 2.0 enhancements will be in place, specifically in regard to food and beverage. On embarkation day, guests will receive a sparkling wine welcome. Lobster will be featured in the main dining rooms and in the specialty restaurants every night. Le Bistro, the alternative French restaurant, will introduce new specialty items, including Côte de Boeuf, a 32-ounce premium gold angus rib eye steak; Plateau de Fruits de Mar, a cold seafood platter including mussels, lobster tail, shrimp and raw oysters on the half shell; and a braised Maine lobster. Nighttime entertainment will include two new themed parties.
